He was born and educated in Beijing before continuing his education in the USA. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration.

Mr Su has lived and worked in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia and now resides in Sydney. He has held senior positions in a Chinese government-controlled Investment Company, has been the managing director of a Singapore based venture group and was an Independent director of Macquarie Bank's China property fund for 8 years.

Worked at Xinhua News Agency as an economic analyst, specializing in macroeconomic analysis and industry trend judgment. She has extensive experience in real estate investment, tax planning, post-investment management, and market activities. Participated in and planned a number of investment and financing activities in the Australian real estate industry.

Worked in PwC (China) and fund management department of an Australian property development group to participate in a number of investment and capital raising work. Sam has strong experience in corporate advising, fund management and project investment.

Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in financial management. Experienced in overseeing fund operations, managing tax obligations, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Strong knowledge in domestic trade transactions through experience in the Department of Trade in China Minsheng Bank. Tina focuses on market research and financial analysis for corporate advisory and M&A transactions.

13-year experience in state-owned commercial banks, engaged in the private banking business for 8 years. Judy has rich resources and experience in family wealth management and inheritance and global asset allocation. She is involved in the asset management operations and SIV client management in Richlink Melbourne.

Over 10 years of real estate sales experience in Australia and awarded “top sales” in the Australian real estate industry. In recent years, Andy has focused on real estate development and participated in the development of many outstanding real estate projects in Australia.

Previously worked as a managing director in a boutique investment bank. Justin has particular expertise in providing corporate finance advice across Real Estate, Energy, Mining and Healthcare sectors. Justin holds a Master of Finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

He has held senior executive positions in multiple multinational corporations and listed companies, driving successful business transformations and capital growth initiatives. Maintaining a strategic focus on high-tech industries, new energy, environmental protection, sustainable development, and the mining sector across China and Australia, Mr. Hong has actively engaged in financing activities, strategy formulation, business advisory services, and market expansion for numerous public companies. His professional philosophy has consistently centred on innovation-driven approaches and value creation throughout his career.

Michele has over 25 years experience both overseas and locally in the financial services industry with particular emphasis on fund management, banking, compliance and governance, finance, lending and advisory services. Michele is an experienced fund manager and has managed funds in excess of AUD1.3 billion. Her passion is property, infrastructure, investment strategy and fund structuring. She has a sound knowledge of the investment industry and has run a successful unlisted property fund management business for the Sunland Group, an ASX public listed company. Her advisory services include working with international entrants into the Australian financial services regime. Her technical and operational competency in managing funds in Australia as well as her wide national network is highly regarded by her clients. She is considered an expert in the setup and operating of managed investment schemes. Her skills include fund operations, project management, the establishment of fund management businesses, licensing, compliance, trustee services and regulatory services.
